ABOUT
CAROL COOPER,
INTERIOR DESIGNER

Carol Cooper is a Registered Interior Designer with over 20 years experience developing one-of-a-kind interiors for renovations, remodels, and new custom homes in the Tampa, Bradenton and Sarasota areas.

In her area, Carol is the only designer specializing in modern design with a strong architectural focus in creating plans and designs, extensive construction knowledge, and the ability to sketch realistically to convey ideas.

Carol brings an artistic and holistic touch to designing floorplans and custom homes, creating spaces that reflect her clients’ needs, lifestyle, and vision.  She works closely with each client, listening and collaborating to craft thoughtful designs that blend beauty, function, and flow across the entire property.  Carol works alongside builders and architects to create and finalize plans, and is involved with trades throughout the entire construction process as a representative of her client.

Her clients benefit from her ability to think strategically and design innovatively, as well as her personal focus and detailed management of projects.

Over the years, Carol’s clientele has included professional athletes, executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, prominent doctors and attorneys, and other successful professionals.

Carol is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker and understands the impact interior design has on real estate property values.  She has the ability to envision and determine potential improvements for renovations and remodels, as well as advise clients how to enhance their property values.

In 2008, she launched Cooper Interior Design in Tampa, FL and operated as an independent Interior Designer for many years.  Now living in the Sarasota area, Carol focuses exclusively on modern and contemporary interior design.

Carol has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from the International Academy of Design in Tampa, FL, and graduated in 2004 with honors.  In 2007, she received licensure as a Registered Interior Designer from the Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design.  She is a Professional Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and holds a NCIDQ Certificate from the Council for Interior Design Qualification.
